Refund policy

While we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order, due to the nature of our product, downloadable items purchased from Racks Stevenson are non-refundable. Once you have opted in to buy the product you are in effect purchasing a license to use the content in your music without paying royalties to the owner, which therefore cannot be refunded.

Non-downloadable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery and will be fully refunded if returned in new condition. Item cannot be worn, used, or show any signs of wear.
